Be still. Watch the clouds

Breathe

Let the sound roll over and through you

Breathe

Visualize Dear Memories rolling out from the clouds with the beats several times

Breathe

Feel the colors, feel the words several times

Breathe

Let Dear Memories roll over the clouds and reach out to you several times

Breathe

Return to watching the colors and repeating the words aloud until the sound finishes. Please repeat aloud at least 3 times, as many as you wish after the 3x. Use different voices and tones, loud to whisper.

Breathe

**You may repeat this sequence as you wish through your day/evening.**

**The words are in lines written with the breath breaks set. Do not put the lines together or rush them. Thank you
